FROM THE FOUNDER
More than an insurance company.
Aurenix was built around a simple belief: when you invest deeply in people, exceptional businesses become the result—not the goal.
If you’re willing to work, learn, and stay committed, I genuinely believe this business can change your life. My responsibility is to provide the systems, coaching, and environment to help you become the kind of individual who earns that opportunity.

THE FOUNDER’S STORY
I built Aurenix because I couldn’t own what I built somewhere else.
This is the real story from Jae-Hoon Choi — not the highlight reel.
2024 — Starting Out
I started my career at a captive insurance company — American Income Life, part of Globe Life. It didn't take long to realize the model wasn't built for me. I didn't own my book of business, and the leads I was calling were often two or three years old. I wanted something different: real systems, real ownership, and leads worth calling.
The Grind
For the next two years, the days looked the same. Up at 5 or 6 a.m. to work on my mind, body, and spirit before the workday even started. In the office by 9. Some nights I didn't leave until 1 or 2 in the morning. A few nights, I just slept there. Production had good months and bad months — that never changed. What changed was my willingness to keep showing up anyway.
Building, Losing, Rebuilding
I built a team up to $300K in production — and watched it fall back to nothing. Then I rebuilt it. That happened three times. Each time, the instinct was to take it personally. Each time, I chose to treat it as information instead: what worked, what didn't, what needed to be different next time.
August 2025 — The Breakthrough
Working in the brokerage space, I produced over $100K in a single month. It wasn't luck. It was the compounding result of two years of mornings that started before sunrise and nights that ended after midnight.
Why Ownership Matters
The reason I left my first company is the same reason Aurenix exists. Agents deserve to own what they build — their book of business, their client relationships, their future — instead of renting a career from someone else. That's not a slogan. It's the thing I was missing, and the thing I built Aurenix to give other people.
The Vision
I don't just want to make millions. I want to make millionaires. I want to show people that a four-year degree isn't the only route to a real income and a real life. And more than anything, I want to grow alongside the people who start here — and watch them become something bigger than I ever was.
“I don’t just want to make millions. I want to make millionaires.”
